Where is the live event being held?
The live event will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at the Skirball Cultural Center (2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049). For customized directions, use Google Maps and enter your starting address.
Is there parking at the venue?

Will breakfast and lunch be served?
Yes, Help Group will provide all guests with a continental breakfast and lunch.
What’s included in Professional Registration?
- Attend up to 6 live sessions on Friday, October 16, 2026 at the Skirball Cultural Center.
- Access recordings of all 16 conference sessions after the event.
- Earn up to 16 CEs for 16 hours of programming.
How can I earn CE’s at the in-person event?
To earn CE credit for attending the live event in-person:
- Each Speaker Session will have a QR code located on the large screens in each room.
- Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to sign in to the session.
- When the session ends, scan the QR code and follow the prompts to sign out.
- You must attend the session in its entirety and complete both sign-in and sign-out in order to receive CE credit. Partial credit will not be awarded.
- Per AOTA guidelines, OTs are required to pass a post-test learning assessment for in-person learning–interactive format.
- CE credit for each session you attend will be emailed to you 5–7 days following the event.
How can I earn CE’s for viewing on demand content?
To earn CE credit for viewing Summit on demand content:
- Purchase Professional Registration.
- Watch the entire on-demand video for the session.
- Click attendance prompts during the session. You must click the prompts for your attendance to be recorded.
- Click on the CE link that will appear on your screen when the program finishes.
- Confirm email address where your certificate is to be sent.
- Complete the CE Session course evaluation.
- Pass a CE Quiz (75% or better with two attempts).
- Download your CE Certificate once you have finished earning credit for each of the Summit Sessions. You will receive one certificate per session.

Are speaker financial disclosures available?
Yes. In compliance with continuing education standards, all speakers provide financial and non-financial disclosures. Any relevant relationships are reviewed for potential conflicts of interest and shared with attendees to ensure full transparency.
What is your accessibility policy?
Help Group is committed to making Summit 2026 accessible to all participants. We will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure full participation in our conference.
If you anticipate needing assistance while viewing the conference, please contact us at events@helpgroup.org no later than Friday, September 16. Accommodations must be requested in advance and, in some cases, may depend on additional funding support.
