Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, bestselling author, and internationally recognized teacher who has spent more than two decades helping people build emotional health through the integration of mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience. He is the author of the new book Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity, as well as Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, and the co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, which has helped hundreds of thousands of readers worldwide. His work has been featured by Good Morning America, Forbes, Fast Company, Mindful, and many other national media outlets.

Dr. Goldstein is the creator of the 4R Method—Recognize, Release, Refocus, and Reinforce—a practical framework that helps people interrupt cycles of stress, emotional reactivity, self-criticism, and disconnection through small, repeatable practices that create lasting change. His approach combines scientific research with deeply experiential learning, making complex psychological principles accessible and immediately applicable in everyday life.

As co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles and host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast, Dr. Goldstein has taught mindfulness and emotional health to healthcare professionals, educators, organizational leaders, clinicians, and thousands of individuals around the world. His work is grounded in a simple but powerful idea: meaningful transformation rarely comes from dramatic life changes, it grows from the tiny shifts we practice, moment by moment, that strengthen resilience, deepen relationships, and support lifelong emotional well-being.
