Founder, MindGrove and Co-Creator, The Brain Talk Curriculum

Hanna Novak, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, owner of Mind Grove Consulting and Therapy, and a neurodivergent mom to two amazing neurodivergent kids. Her clinical practice focuses on providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy that supports emotional regulation, social communication, executive functioning, and communication development. Beyond direct therapy, Hanna provides CAPDOTS facilitation, clinical supervision, and professional mentorship.

In addition to her clinical work, Hanna partners with educators, parents, and professionals as a trainer and consultant, helping them deepen their understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practices while equipping them with practical strategies and resources to better support children, teens, and families in ways that align with their unique neurodevelopmental profiles.

Hanna is the co-creator of The Brain Talk Curriculum, a program designed to help students understand how their brains support mindful, reflective, and goal-directed responses rather than impulsive, reactive ones. Through her clinical work, teaching, and consultation, she is passionate about helping children, families, and professionals build meaningful connections and practical skills that foster confidence, regulation, and authentic communication.

Hanna earned her Master of Science in Speech and Language Sciences from the University of Washington.
